As part of our plans we plan to build on the current regeneration of Redhill and deliver a mixed use development just moment from the station. Redhill station provides great overground transport links to London and further afield. We will provide a mix of different uses to ensure our development plans are as integrated and appealing as possible. This will help to provide commuters, local residents and local businesses with greater choice and convenience.
The northern site (Site A) is approximately 2.5 acres in size, while the southern site (Site B) is around 3 acres. We hope that due to the site’s current use and immediate proximity to Redhill Station and town centre, our new proposals will support the local and national requirement for new homes on brownfield land, close to transport links.
